How to Invest

Terra Capital Ethical Emerging Companies Fund is only available for persons who qualify as wholesale clients (as defined in section 761G(7) of the Act) or sophisticated investors (as defined in section 761GA of the Act), (collectively, Qualifying Investors). The responsible entity will not issue units in the Fund to a person unless it is satisfied the person is a Qualifying Investor.

Applications and redemptions are processed on the last day of the month. The application form and investment are required to be submitted before the last business day of the month to ensure units will be issued on the first of the following month. (eg, the application form and monies must be received by March 31st to ensure the investor is issued units on April 1st)

Additional investments can be applied for via the Additional Investment Form.

The responsible entity has a structured internal complaints procedure. Every effort will be made to address your complaint. The responsible entity generally will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and seek to resolve it within 45 days with a written response. If you are not satisfied with the response, you should refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority by calling 1800 931 678, emailing info@afca.org.au or by writing to GPO Box 3, Melbourne VIC 3001.
