How to Invest

Terra Capital Natural Resource Fund is available to all investors directly through our administrator (minimum investment of $25,000).

We have kept the application process as simple as possible and it will require you to download and read our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Reference Guide carefully before investing. Please click on the links below to download the relevant documents.

Once you have done this, you should carefully complete the Application Forms. Your completed application forms should be then be emailed or posted to the details provided in the application form.

Applications and redemptions are processed on the last day of the month. The application form and investment are required to be submitted before the last business day of the month to ensure units will be issued on the first of the following month. (eg, the application form and monies must be received by March 31st to ensure the investor is issued units on April 1st)

Additional investments can be applied for via the Additional Investment Form.

We recommend you seek professional advice you consider appropriate in respect of the fund before deciding whether to apply for units.

The responsible entity has a structured internal complaints procedure. Every effort will be made to address your complaint. The responsible entity generally will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and seek to resolve it within 45 days with a written response. If you are not satisfied with the response, you should refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority by calling 1800 931 678, emailing or by writing to GPO Box 3, Melbourne VIC 3001.
